Stephen joined us in March 2009 from Henry Davis York where he was the Managing Partner from 1998 to 2008. Stephen has a history of outstanding vision, leadership and management. In his former role he was responsible for overseeing significant firm growth. He championed the leadership and management development of Partners, the emergence of the firm as an employer of choice, a strong client service culture and corporate social responsibility. Stephen was admitted as a solicitor in 1983 and prior to moving into management practised in the areas of commercial litigation and insolvency.
