Colin has over 18 years experience providing corporate finance and business advisory services across a broad range of industries in Europe and Australia.

Some significant advisory engagements include:

  • Rylands (Retirement Villages) on it’s divestment to Stockland
  • ABN Amro Capital on the acquisition of the Monash IVF Group
  • Foster’s Group on the sale of various winery assets, including the historic
    Seppeltsfield winery
  • Business Computer of Australia on the sale to Leading Solutions
  • NWC Research on the sale to infoUSA Inc.

Prior to joining PPB, Colin was also heavily involved in the administration of the Ansett Australia Group and was responsible for the disposal of Ansett’s fleet of aircraft and aviation assets.
 

Industry experience and specialised expertise

Colin is experienced in providing corporate finance and strategic financial advice to a range of private and public companies and to private equity. He has managed acquisitions, disposals, equity and debt transactions across many industries including Aviation, Property, Aged Care/Retirement, Agriculture and Professional Services.

  • Bachelor of Arts (Accounting & Finance)
  • Fellow of the Institute of Chartered Accountants (Ireland).
