Peter is the Senior partner in PPB's South Australian office.Background and significant appointmentsPeter has handled many corporate and personal insolvencies and has fought for clients' rights through the Supreme and Federal Courts and in the High Court of Australia.
Peter has won substantial judgments for creditors reinforcing interpretations of sections of The Corporations Law or highlighting need for changes; and represented major banks and finance institutions in significant local and interstate matters.
He has worked in Europe and the Arab nations; lectured extensively on a wide range of insolvency and related matters; and represents SMEs on the Institute of Chartered Accountants (SA) SME Committee.
Some of Peter’s significant appointments have been in Australian Mineral Foundation, the Emanuel Group, Le Fevre Hospital, Ludvigsen Family Farms, and Kangaroo Island Abalone.

His specialised expertise has been in investigating complex structures of individual and interrelated groups of companies to achieve reconstructions or take other actions on clients' behalf.
