Joe is a Partner in charge of PPB Forensics in PPB’s Victorian office.

Background and significant appointments

Joe has over 24 years experience in Chartered Accountancy with over 10 years as an expert witness, forensic accountant and litigation support.

Joe is on the panel of the Transport Accident Commission, Victorian WorkCover Authority and has represented many solicitors and barristers in Melbourne.

Significant appointments include the Administrator of a State and Federal funded provider of services to the Aged and Intellectually Disabled; Commissioner to Moorfields Community for Adult Care; Fund Administrator to a number of Aboriginal Health Co-operatives; and Pre-lending reviews and investigating accountant reports for a number of large aged care groups on behalf of the Banks.

Joe has appeared as an Expert Witness in high profile court cases.

Industry experience and specialised expertise

Joe has participated in numerous mediation/arbitrations and provided evidence in court on matters such as loss of earnings; business disruption and loss of profits; matrimonial disputes; contractual disputes; and valuations.

With specialist skills in the meat industry, Joe is considered the leading authority, providing assistance to numerous abattoirs and lending institutions.
