Background

Adam is a Director of Real Estate Advisory (REA) in PPB’s Brisbane office.  He commenced employment with PPB in January 2010.

Adam’s role is to grow the REA business nationally; raise awareness of the brand; and execute mandates relating to the four core REA business elements of Property Diagnostics, Finance, Transaction Advisory, and Funds Management.

Adam has 16 years experience in various facets of property in NSW and Queensland, including valuation, finance, advisory and property investment banking.  Adam’s clients have included major financiers, corporate entities, public and private property developers and investors.

Industry Experience and Specialised Expertise

Previous roles include Associate Director at Grant Samuel; Portfolio Manager at Macquarie Bank; and Property Valuer at Savills.  Key responsibilities have included the origination of new business, and the execution of transactions, primarily in relation to advisory assignments and structured finance for real estate funding.  Experience in property risk analysis, portfolio reviews, financial modelling, development funds, acquisition & divestment advice, facility reviews, and debt & equity raising.
