Robert Ditrich, a Director of PPB is a Corporate Insolvency Specialist with over 13 years industry experience.

Specialised Skills

Robert has extensive experience in business reconstructing with expertise in a number of large complex matters and industry sectors including manufacturing (with a key focus on automotive component suppliers), retail, childcare and hospitality.

In addition, Robert also undertakes Due Diligence Reviews, Financial Investigations and Turnaround engagements and has had experience in Cross Boarder Insolvency assignments in the USA dealing in particular with companies in Chapter 11.

Significant Recent roles include:

Team leader on the complex ABC Court Appointed Receivers appointment in which 262 childcare centres around Australia were traded and sold.

Deconstruction of a large complex property portfolio for one of the Big 4 Banks which had an exposure of c$100m.

Advisor to the Board of Directors of Living and Leisure Australia to provide advice on management of available cashflow, dealing with the repayment of the Company’s senior secured debt and ‘turn around’ options.

Management and successful going concern sale of:

1. Interbath Australia.
2. John Values Group of Companies.
3. The Savoy Park Plaza Hotel – part of the Nauru group of entities.

Management and wind down of:

• Coghlan Russell Engineering (tier 1 & 2 supplier to the automotive industry).
• RANS Management Group.
• Icon Automotive (tier 1 & 2 supplier to the automotive industry).
