Background

Campbell has 15 year’s professional experience in Australia and overseas where he has led teams and organisations to deliver superior business performance through:

• Sound business and industry analysis;
• Design and implementation of business unit and corporate strategies; and
• Driving organisational change and business alignment.

Campbell's significant operational experience includes 12 years with Rio Tinto where he held a number of senior management positions, including Mine Manager, Operations Manager and Head of one of Rio Tinto's industrial minerals companies.

Campbell has extensive ‘hands-on’ experience in business consulting, project management, due diligence reviews, valuations, M&A, capital raising and major contract negotiations.

Campbell has provided strategic advice and has utilised his corporate finance skills across a broad range of Advisory engagements, including: Valuation of broadcasting rights for pay TV provider; advising on restructure and merger of listed company with $1 billion turnover; and advising on strategy and implementation of $400 million asset divestment program for listed company.
